Important Information

BONUS ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE POINTE CLASS:

Jackie Blaydes will be back and the Cinderella dance routine will be a part of the dance recital!

WHAT PRECAUTIONS WILL WE TAKE WHEN WE REOPEN?

The safety of our dancers and families is an absolute priority.  We will be adhering to state guidelines.  The dancers are permitted but not required to wear masks.  Hand sanitizer will be readily available.  Parents of young children who stay for class will need to stay in the back room and practice social distancing.  We also ask that you limit one adult per family to attend practice and no younger siblings.  Space is limited as are the number of people we're allowed to have in the buidling.  Chairs will be provided and placed an appropriate distance apart.  We ask that you not move the chairs.  Finally we ask that if your dancer or any family member is sick that you stay home.

WILL THERE BE A RECITAL?

Yes!  We will have a recital to finish out the 2019-2020 year.  We are working out the details.  All logistics such as date, venue, seating etc. have not been finalized.  We ask that you please be patient and know that we will get this information out ot you as soon as possible.

HOW CAN I PREPARE MY DANCER FOR THE RECITAL?

Video links have been posted .  Head over to  the page titled "Video Links".  There you will find the classes are arranged by day and time.   Find the day and time of your regularly scheduled dance class and practice along with the corresponding videos.  Encourage your dancer to practice...practice...practice.  The more they practice at home the more time we can spend in class cleaning up little details and making corrections.

WHAT ABOUT COSTUMES?

Costume balances were due back in March.  If you have not paid your balance please do so as soon as possible.   If you have an unexpected financial hardship please let Barb know and arrangements can be made.  There has been a small fund started for families affected by recent events.  We want every dancer to receive their constume and have the opportunity to participate in the recital. They've worked so hard to prepare all year and we do not want anyone to be excluded.  If you would like to make a donation of any size to this fund please call Barb.  The costume distribution will start at the end of May.

THE SHOW MUST GO ON!
